Hey all I'll be moving to just an hour outside JTree and Tahquitz and I want a trad mentor! I've been setting top-ropes for years with a sparse rack, and recently starting to climb 6's and 7's on lead placing gear. I want to be a safe and competent leader, but I know I have a lot to learn. Will pay for beer.

I realize that some would resent that I prefer some quid pro quo for my finely honed skills. Others would realize I enjoy the give and take of human interaction, and that putting it out there is merely an invitation to meet new people.
