The vast majority of them. Unless Arpaio is actually indicted he will continue to be re-elected for as long as he cares to run. This is the wild wild west here--and we apparently like having America's toughest Sheriff in charge. Arpaio already has $7 million raised for his upcoming campaign. Go figure.
