Does anyone know about rockclimbing near the jeep roads around K2, either on the China or Pakistan side? I hear of Kland. For some reason some people spell it Klane. I wish I knew why.

Ok let me rephrase that.

Does anyone know about granite anywhere outside on roads around K2

I do know of another place like Trango:

Does anyone know of any others?

What Jeep roads are you talking about!? The nearest road to K2 is a 10 day trek, unless things have changed in the last 15 years. Tons of granite in the Trango area which is only about a four day trek from the end of the road.

Only. Most climbers would consider a four day approach to a climb to be pretty insane. Especially considering the majority of the best climbing in the world is less than a 60 min approach. But I supposed climbing on the Trango Towers does offer an unrivaled experience obtainable no where else.
