Hey folks I'm looking into finding some multi-pitching routes around Ontario. I've heard many things about Lion's Head, but I haven't been able to find any information about m-p. A few questions 1) Does Lion Head have multi-pitching? 2) What's the route? 3) Sized pieces that are usually used 4) Guide books - seem to be far and few in between (easily purchas-able anyways) If anyone could help me out here, that'd be awesome!! =D Thanks!!

Lion's Head doesn't have multi pitch, but it does have hanging belays. If you want to do multipitch around here go to Bon Echo or the Gunks. Most of the stuff at either place isn't really more than 3 pitches, but it's still multipitch.

Also, there's multi-pitch in south-western Quebec. (Montagne d'Argent, Val David, The Weir, and some closed stuff in Gatineau park near Luskville -- e.g. Mont King.) Also, New Hampshire -- Whitehorse Ledge, Cathedral Ledge, and Cannon (and, I assume, others) all have multi-pitch stuff.
