Okay so I don't really have the ability for a professional l to teach me how to make a top rope anchor so I have a few questions. When making an anchor sohuld I use 2, points, 3 points, or 4 points, or as many points until I feel really safe? Also, can I use quickdraws to hook into the bolts to make the anchors instead of rope?

Use the search function. Or go buy John Long's and/or Craig Luebben's books on building anchors. Luebben's is better.

Unteachable, eh? That must suck. On the up side, that makes you a hell of a writer.

Also should the angle between 2 or three points be no more than 60 degrees apart?

the wider you go beyond 60 degrees the more stress you're putting on the anchors.
