I bought an Evolv Optimus Prime online probably a half or full size too small (assuming that I'd need the same size as another Evolv shoe). My friend pointed out yesterday that it will probably not stretch as much as my Kaos because it has man-made liner in the toe-box. Has anyone tried cutting that liner out to let the shoe stretch a little more ?

Is it not possible to return for the correct size?

I have cut just through the rand before, to allow my heel to fill the heel cup better. It works, I did it because the pair of Kaos I have were a bit on the tight side. I cant speak for liner removal, but my money is that it will have little or no effect. I 'm actually surprised your kaos' stretched as mine haven't changed in 6 years.
