First of all, sorry for my English.
I went climbing yesterday with top rope and when my friend climbed and I was tied to him every time he fell it hurt me in the crotch very hard. I don't want to climb top rope again just because of the pain. me and my friend have the same weight.
So I wonder, is it hurt to you too? or I just didn't stand correctly or something like that?

I'm guessing you're talking about feeling the weight in your harness when belaying. A few things to check:

1. Make sure your harness is fitted correctly. Too loose of a waist-belt can put all the weight into the leg loops, usually on the inside of your thighs. You might also look for a more comfortable harness.

2. Make sure you're using a couple of carabiners for your the rope's master point and not something like a free-running pulley. The friction from the rope's bend around the carabiners is necessary for the system to work as it should.

3. When your climber falls you can bend slightly at the knees and lean away a bit to put more of the weight on the back-thigh portion of the harness leg loops instead of in the inner-thigh.

4. Get used to it (a.k.a. "Harden the F*%@ up!")
Wink

Good luck.

Two possibilities:
1. your harness doesn't fit properly
2. you're doing something seriously wrong

Do you guys weigh alot?, can't think of much else that has not already been said. If it is a weight issue you either deal with it, don't climb, or pay for a new harness that is much more supporting in the leg/weighst areas.

I stopped wearing boxers when climbing for that same reason.
Those leg loops can be a real nutcracker.

Move to Scotland, you can climb with boxers all year round.

Sungam strikes me as the kinde fella who at times climbs in nothing but boxers. We can only speculate on the coulor and pattern. Given his current fasination with pink talking unicorns, it's not looking good.

What? You mean you don't climb in kilts.
Maybe that's why Sungam keeps seeing pink unicorns.

I think "climb in kilts" and "seeing pink" should never be used in the same post.

The obvious solution to the problem is surgical removal of the testicles.

Okay, guys, I'm loving and tolerating the shit out of you, so I'm going to break this down nice and simple.

unicorn
u·ni·corn   [yoo-ni-kawrn]
noun
1.
a mythical creature resembling a horse, with a single horn in the center of its forehead: often symbolic of chastity or purity.
2.
a heraldic representation of this animal, in the form of a horse with a lion's tail and with a long, straight, and spirally twisted horn.

And now let's take a look at pinky pie, the only pink MLP character I have posted:

Pinkie Pie is a pony, NOT a unicorn. The only unicorns I have posted are Rarity and Twilight Sparkle.

So in short: I don't post picture of pink unicorns. Are we crystal fucking clear?
