How brutal is the heat in Stonefort aroun late May early June?

Brutal but doable early morning or late evening. You can fund shaded boulders, but when the ambient temps are in the 90's friction sucks all around. Slabs might feel 2 grades harder but overhanging stuff might still feel on grade.

agreed! I've been there twice - once in Februrary and once in April. April was too hot for those slopers! but in the winter, you stick to the rock like velcro. its pretty condition-dependent so definitely go in the winter if you want to really get the most out of it!

It is going to be hot and humid. The rock is going to feel greasy. Be sure to bring plenty of chalk and don't use it sparingly.
