Hey,
Traveling across the USA and am planning on climbing a bit. I'll be in rifle, Colorado from about the 8th of may and just want to find out some info. Where is the best place to pitch a tent For a week? and if I just rock up to the crag will I be able to find a partner or would it be advisable to organize one through this forum.

I'll be traveling too, what level do you climb at? Do you want to climb other places too?

The plan is not fixed but after Colorado was thinking horseshoe canyon, maybe horse pens 40, Chattanooga ( althought I know it will be out of season and sticky hot) red river gorge maybe the new and finish in Rumney? Be pending on time? I have two months but might get caught up some where? I climb at I guess 5.11's to mid 5.12's on sport, happy leading trad at 5.11's. The grades are a little ambiguous when going from country to country. I'll just be happy getting on the rock and climbing!!
