While we can't delete your account, we can disable it for you. This would leave your posts etc. But you'd be unable to login with the account, users wouldn't be able to message you and your profile page would display that your account is disabled. If this is something you want to do, just PM me.

It wouldn't be difficult to automate removal of your posts - scrape post IDs from

then delete each with

Maybe I should take the time to write something - it would have made DMT happy (and spared everyone the regular complaints about controlling his content) and saved adatesman lots of time... You could possibly use similar processes to remove other submitted content as well (photos, comments, gear reviews, ...) You'd also have to handle posts that you have no permission to edit (recycled posts, posts moved/hidden by a mod, locked threads, ???), and perhaps there are cases where you can't delete, but could maybe edit to replace the text.
