I'm gonna be in Costa Rica in June and would be up for climbing somewhere near San Jose either on the 6th or 23rd, if anyone is available. I also will only have a harness and shoes w/ me.

Jaymccann,

At that time could be raining, so will be difficult to climb near from S.J. But we could try to go to Cachi, like 1 hour drive from the city.

Yeah, I'd love to hit up Cachi. I've heard great things about it. I guess I will try to get a hold of you a little closer to the date to see if you are still available.

Ok, so it looks like my dates have changed a bit. I'll possibly be able to do the 9th, but most of the week of the 17th should work except for the mornings (since I'm in class). Let me know how you would like to meet up.

Hi there,
My name is Melissa and I will be traveling in Costa Rica from about Nov 13th through December 10th. I am looking to do some climbing while traveling, and it looks like we are around the same skill level. I was hoping you would be available for some climbs. Let me know your thoughts. You can email me at melmattson@live.com
Cheers

Hi Mel,
I'm also going to be in Costa Rica around that time and I'm looking for a climbing partner. I don't have any rope nor quickdraws, though. Let me know if this could work for you :)

Hi there. I think that we could find a way to make this work. I have met someone from this climbing forum that I am meeting up in Heredia around the 21st. We are than going to Peidra De Chi to do some climbing. He has gear, and I am bringing my harness and shoes. I had thought about bringing some gear, but didn't want to overload my pack. Where are you at now, and what were you travel plans?

I'm in London now and I'm flying to CR on Sunday. I'm staying until the 30th in La Fortuna for a project; at the moment, I'm not sure how much free time I'll have until then. After the 30th, I can move around as I please. Then I'm going to Colombia for the holidays :)

Hi Sarah,
I'm now in CR, near the Arenal volcano; I'm busy with a project until the end of the month. After, I'm planning to go around San Jose for some climbing; but I don't have any gear except for my shoes, harness & grigri. So I'm still trying to find partners. I'm also traveling on my own, so I'm flexible. I'll let you know if I manage to find somebody :)
Saludos!
