Yeah I've been doing three days of what I would consider hard bouldering. I'm sure of others would fly up these routes. Haha

Tendonitis probably. You're over doing it.
Keep it up and your elbows will eventually force you to stop climbing until you heal. That could be anywhere from 2 to 12 months. There are ways to counter-force tape to help minimize the symptoms, but it's not a cure. Lessening frequency and intensity, plus laying off the crimp problems for a bit to allow your tendons to catch up to your muscle strength will work out better in the long term for you.

Hey dude,
Firstly, here's the Nicros site. I like it.
http://www.nicros.com/training/#

Secondly, some specific articles.

http://www.nicros.com/...bow-tendon-injuries/

It's unlikely you gave yourself fully blown tendonitis in 3 days. More likely you just have temporary immflamation that will go away on it's own. It will still need rest (hopefully not 2 months worth, though) and you should still be doing injury/muscle imbalance prevention exercises, though.

When mine bother me I stop bouldering for a while and sport climb instead. Not climbing doesn't seem to be an effective treatment; when I try that my elbows feel better after a while but as soon as I go back to climbing they start hurting again. Low to moderate intensity sport climbing/top roping seems to do the trick though it takes on the order of a month or more.
