I've written two articles on training for climbing. One is 7 great warmup exercises for indoor rock climbing and the other one is on core strength training and planking.

Please leave some feedback on it, I intend to write more climbing articles. Both to improve my english and contribute something to other climbers.

Thanks!

It appears your articles are for people who have never exercised.
