Can't Post

I am a personal trainer who has developed a strong interest in climbing over the last 2 years. When I started out, I was unable to work on technique very quickly do to fatiguing on the wall before I was able to accomplish much. I developed a training website based on workouts I did to improve my strength and endurance, which in turn allowed me to focus more on my technique and advance my other skills. I think that training for the physical demands is fairly straightforward, especially for a beginner as they should focus on mostly on basic strength and endurance. I built the site ClimbingFit.com to share what I found to be the most effect training techniques without getting to deep into technique, which I am still learning myself. If anyone has any input, I'd love to hear it as I want to make sure that my site is providing the best information possible. Given my personal training background, it seems spot on but I would appreciate the input of more experienced climbers. Thanks!
