Hello I bet with my friend that in a month i could hang in a bar for 3min. at the moment the longest i can hang is 2min, but sometimes i can only do it for 1:30 or so. Do any of you have an idea what i could do to maximize my time hanging. I am 173cm, weight is 62,5 and my body fat is 11,5%. Do i need to get rid of more body fat? or do i just need to bulk up some muscles? any idea would be greatly appreciated Claes

Do it 5 times a day 3 days in a row. Then rest for 2 days. Repeat. You'll me able to do it easily by a month.

From what I understand, you're going to be limited more by your tendons than your muscles for hanging, and you're not going to develop them in a month. Hopefully you didn't bet too much. If you did, I think your best bet is to lose a bunch of weight. And then to stop making stupid bets.
