I'm going to be in the Tetons this Saturday 7-21 and would like to find someone to climb the Grand Teton with. Ideally sometime between Sunday and Tuesday.
I've got a fair amount of mountaineering experience in Washington state, but have only been rock climbing for about a year now. I can lead 5.8 or less on sport (follow 5.10+), but don't lead any trad yet. I've done some trad climbing both single pitch and short multi-pitch routes. I'm a very attentive and excellent belayer. :)
I'll be with a friend who's in the same boat. We're looking to do an easy trad route up the Grand Teton. Would be super content heading up the Owen Spalding route, but open to other options.
We can supply the rope, car, draws, & probably trad gear too with advanced notice. Looking for good company and an awesome climb!
