After two days of trains, hitchhiking and walking with all my gear on my back, I have finally arrived at Chaulet, Ardeche only to find out that there are no climbers here; only tourists and families splashing around in the river.
Is there an area that climbers hang out at night? Where can I find climbing partners? Want to be my partner?
I have a rope, draws etc.
I climb sport up to 10d or 6b (I need a couple of days to warm up to 11a)
