Supermoccs 60% off, moccs 60% off, Vapor Velcorz 40% off and some intriguing Instincts for 35% off. May have overpaid for those Instincts.

I don't have itty-bitty feet. Size 7 for regular shoes, size 6 for 5.10s and 36-37 for Euro.

I didn't hear that. But I had a very hard time finding my size... the 5.10 Sirens ( the old blue/grey ones) are discontinued, so I expected the difficulty there ,but I found a pair of old ones in my size more easily than the Testarossas.

I gotta get my two pairs of Katanas resoled here pretty soon, I've been using my Forces as my general purpose shoe for now, but I don't like them on anything overhanging.

I hate looking for places. Guy emails me when in reply to my roommate ad. I tell him a few things (would like to live with someone with a regular schedule, the hubby may come to visit now and then, would like a spot for my bikes, pretty standard really). Anyway, he writes back:
In reply to: no thanx u sound like a control freak with that hole don't want people cominng and going at all hours my hours change all the time do i have to explain that to you every day, please dont' write me back u sound depressing bye Wow. I'm glad I have a couple of months to find a place!

Yeah, wasn't a huge fan of his original response, but I figure that you can't judge someone in how they write in a single email. Still playing with the idea of getting a 1 bdrm, but that's at least an extra few hundred a month. Might be worth my sanity though.

First one wasn't that bad, but the second one indicates that he's probably about 19 years old and I'm sure he doesn't want to live with an old lady like me.

Hm, if I put my mind to it, I could hit 12k today. Normally I can't stand Kartessa, but I kinda like getting USnoob all riled up, so that could be an easy way to get there.

Anyway, he writes back: In reply to: no thanx u sound like a control freak with that hole don't want people cominng and going at all hours my hours change all the time do i have to explain that to you every day, please dont' write me back u sound depressing bye Wow. I'm glad I have a couple of months to find a place! at least you get to find out you don't want to live with him now, as opposed to 4 months from now. Yeah, wasn't a huge fan of his original response, but I figure that you can't judge someone in how they write in a single email. Still playing with the idea of getting a 1 bdrm, but that's at least an extra few hundred a month. Might be worth my sanity though. I will absolutely judge someone by one email if that's how they write and spell. For chrissake, it's an email, not a text. First one wasn't that bad, but the second one indicates that he's probably about 19 years old and I'm sure he doesn't want to live with an old lady like me. And you don't want to live with him, so it is all good. And yeah, I would totally run away from someone who writes like that. Wouldn't it be weird if he was right and you guys were actually all control freaks?! Of course we are! Now go line up all the dance shoes in your closet!

Not letting your dogs piss on the floor would be a bounus too.

Whoa, just got done working a comically pain-in-the-ass trip. Got three folks on this 5-day camping horseback trip who were the most out of shape, out of their element people I've ever seen. All in their late 60s, pretty white trash, way overweight, out of shape, crohn's disease, heart conditions, etc., and had neglected to put any of this info on their profile sheets that we require. Turns out that one of them was a bit "slow," looked just like that "Patsy" character that Terry Gilliam plays in Monty Python's Holy Grail, kind of leering and stumbling all over the place. I guess he had saved up thousands with a janitor job over the past 50 years, decided he wanted to go be a cowboy, and paid for his two neighbors' trips as well, so that they could come with him. Was nice enough, but a total disaster. Couldn't walk 50 feet without meatbombing, fell off his horse multiple times a day. Once he almost cratered into my lit stove with a full pot of chili on it as well, but I power spotted him away from it. I asked if he was all right, and he said, "yeah, I fall all the time! Once, my group put on a play at the community center, and I fell off the stage!" I had to hide a laugh at that one. Getting worse, the woman of this group announced that she had a severe wool allergy, and that she couldn't use our sleeping bags. Rather than argue with her that our bags were not wool, I wound up lending her mine, just to shut her up. Just threw it in the front loading washer, and it smelled like moldy cigarettes. Anyway, the whole trip they just complained (even the retarded guy), huffed around at the 10k elevation, and sat on their asses. They were really butthurt that we weren't serving steak every night. By the end of the trip I was just staying in a haze of alcohol and [redacted]. They didn't tip us anything. Fuckers. That is awl.
