climberbell......although it isn't posted, a quick check of the bulletins at Staging Area #1 (OHV area 1 mile north of TC parking) indicates that there are no developed campsites, no available water, and NO fires permitted, but that dispersed camping IS allowed in the Rowher Flat OHV area, including Texas Canyon. However, parking may be the issue, as the rangers may tag your car/truck as an abandoned vehicle.
