Hello everyone, next week I'm flying to italy and i was thinking of buying new equipments. Can you guys give me shops location in Rome, Florence, Venice? Im only visiting these cities. One more thing: can i find equipment in the duty free area in Rome's airport?

Never seen a climbing gear shop at Venice or Rome airport (not that I looked).
Italy isnīt exactly known in Europe as a place for cheap gear except perhaps in Arco, the 21% sales tax probably has a lot to do with it. Germany is generally more competitive and with a bigger selection reflecting the larger climbing population.
