Okay so this I think will be my first post, so hi! My question is this: I started climbing as a kind of get back into fitness thing after probably 4 years of no exertion. Now, I have a ridiculous metabolism so at this point I was nowt but skin and bone. I've been climbing since March and my overall size and toning has increased something fierce, however I have a very obvious dominance problem. My right side is visibly much larger than the left side. I try to climb with the left but it just feels like I'm climbing using both sides equally. Does anyone have any tips or anything for evening out? Thanks!

Cross training would be my suggestion. Things that force you to use both sides independently. Rows, side planks, presses with dumbbells, burpees, squats, lunges, etc. You need to exercise off the rocks as well as on.

You might give P90x a try. It's all on DVD and you can do it in your living room with minimal equipment. Works all parts of the body well, good warm up and warm down.
