I was wondering if anyone could attest to the fit of the evolv pontas. I wear a 12 in the defy and there is a wicked discontinuation sale on the pontas and i really want a cheap boulder shoe. Does anyone know if it fits similar to the evolv defy or other shoes?
I normally wouldn't buy without trying it on but i'm very broke and the defys are on their last thread.

Pretty similar from what I remember trying them on... I think the heel had slightly more volume on the Defy if I remember that right but I've only worn the Pontas beyond the store so don't quote me on that.

Yeah I went ahead and bought them... couldnt say no for 40 bucks. I only ordered a half size down from my street size and they fit really tight. After a few times wearing them now they are getting much more comfortable the heel is still baggy like the defy though. All in all i am very happy with them even if i had paid the full 120 i would have been pleased. Paying only 40 was just a perk!

I have a pair of each and noticed that I went 1/2 a size smaller in the pontas.
The heel is definitely wider too.
