hi everyone im new to the site,
now i have been climbing on and off for a number of years but have just go back in to it but i have put on a lot of weight and are finding it hard to do long climbing sesions so im looking for any info on good exercise for climbing

I'm in a similar situation, I am just getting back into climbing and need to lose about 25 pounds. Choose a diet, stick with it, work on cardio and be sure to give your body ample rest time. As far as climbing workouts I am not the best person to talk to about that. Just remember that perfect practice makes perfect. Practice something wrong a thousand times and when it comes time to do it you will do it wrong.
