hi everyone im new to the site, now i have been climbing on and off for a number of years but have just go back in to it but i have put on a lot of weight and are finding it hard to do long climbing sesions so im looking for any info on good exercise for climbing hope to hear from you nice people soon mitch

I'm in a similar situation, I am just getting back into climbing and need to lose about 25 pounds. Choose a diet, stick with it, work on cardio and be sure to give your body ample rest time. As far as climbing workouts I am not the best person to talk to about that. Just remember that perfect practice makes perfect. Practice something wrong a thousand times and when it comes time to do it you will do it wrong.
