So last night at the gym, we decided to campus this juggy roof for fun. I was going fine until I missed one of the jugs and hit the edge of it with my right hand (middle/ring finger) and about one pad deep. Held it for a bit before I came off and now I have pretty bad pain in my wrist/hand.
Closing it into a fist hurts my middle/ring/pinky finger and I feel a little bit of pain near my wrist also.
Help!
I've RICE'd it since I've gotten home but it doesn't seem to help very much.
Typing hurts a little, tiny bit too.
