Seaborne Airlines (seaborneairlines.com) just started running flights from San Juan, Puerto Rico, to Virgin Gorda. This saves TONS of time, as compared to the island-hopping ferries that have been the only way to get there. For a real 'tropical rocktail', plan a layover in San Juan, and hit the sweet jungle limestone at Enrique Monagas park in Bayamon.
