i just checked out these boulders today - looks like there's a few gems. also looks like there's some fresh chalk. has anyone else checked this area out recently? would love to find someone to climb with. i didn't get to check out any problems, though, cause there were wasps around the rocks - i think it's mating season or something. hopefully they'll be gone in a week or so.
also, anyone know of any other bouldering (that's not already been posted) near wind gap? undeveloped is fine, i'm just looking for rocks.

The wasps won't bug you. They are at most of the rock climbing areas right now swarming around. I believe they are looking for places to overwinter.

There are tons of bouldering areas around here. A lot of it can be found along the Appalachian ridgeline. The bouldering in the Delaware Water Gap is awesome.

I suggest you get the guidebook for PA. Lots of good info in there. http://bluebiner.com/all-pa-guidebooks.html

I have some general info up on the new version of the Pennsylvania Climbing website that will soon replace paclimbing.com.
http://www.pennsylvaniaclimbing.com is the new site in development.
There is some maps to Wind Gap and Water Gap up. There are also topos for bouldering in the gap in the PA guide. land of Lost specifically.

Table Rocks is in the DWG with info on a really good nearby boulder you should check out too.
Let me know what you think, ideas etc.

Hope that helps
Rob

PS Whats up jforte?
