This is the last climbing picture I have. It was taken the day before I hurt my elbow.

Pitch 1 was a clean and classic .10a. What you're looking at here is Alex starting the 35 ft .11b direct finish thats protected by purple and grey TCU's. Was kind of scury with all that lichen on the footholds.

Yay Alex!! Boo lichen!

I have a couple of friends who are doing ultra trail marathons now. they do about two to three of these per year.

I can't do that. I can do Zumba class . . .

In kennebunkport maine, nobody did the zumba class.

I don't get it?

Aaand, it's ours!

The dealer countered with a $1K higher price, but that includes a new muffler to replace the after-market one that sounded like a teenage hot rod (already done), all the necessary tow package and hitches, 20 day plates and registration, full systems check and demo of the trailer, needed hoses and hook-ups, winterization, and both will be travel-ready.

Finally, I have returned to the Toyota, and with only 120K miles this puppy will cruise on for years. It's my first 4x4 as well, which should be helpful in Colorado.

Now I need to investigate a small generator and mount so we can sit in AC and eat microwave pop corn while watching crappy TV on the included satellite dish when we are parked in undeveloped BLM land. Probably get a bicycle mount as well, or maybe just a Tonneau cover for the back of the truck.

Gotta love checking e-mail in the morning and finding orders through etsy. I have been adding a ton of new stuff, including Native American feather fans for smudging, like this one that just sold this morning.

Domestic and wild turkey feathers, western red cedar, yarn, and beaver fur strip.

I have three different size drum frames made and the hides for the drum heads all cut out; just need to cut the lacing and tie them up. Two others went out this morning, and another one in the next day or two.

Behold the power of pictures, bitches! [/Outkast]

I also have a bunch of appointments for Reiki and Shamanic Reiki sessions in the next couple of weeks which are quite lucrative and cost me nothing to provide. Add to that a series of workshops, Reiki attunements, and drum making & rattle making classes and Edge is a busy boy.

I may be making more now than when I was making furniture which is so damned time consuming. It's a nice break. Plus, with a stockpile of items I can continue to sell throughout our road trip for extra cash. You know, to buy bon bons and Good Sam club membership (not!).

so I was looking through my photos last night at home. It was pretty late and nothing was inspiring me to bomb my own pics. So the meme generator was as good as it got.

apparently an ankle was broken (not on one of the pieces below)

beer may have been involved.

Not yet. Max's Maxima has been acting up at school, so this weekend we will be giving him my old Silverado and Karol will be using the Maxima, after a check-up, until we leave in May. We will sell that one then and just have the one vehicle for the move.

one of our new clients wants us to test out their course and give feedback so they set it up in the parking lot.

http://alphawarrior.com/

it's also open to friends and family on Sat, so the BF is gonna take a crack at it tomorrow.

I'm one of the "guinea pigs" and will be sent through first.

smart move. envious. almost did something similar before leaving for S.A.. My dad wanted me to buy an RV a dude was selling for $5k. He was selling because he couldn't drive any more (old, cataracts, something like that). Had 50k miles on it. Would've needed about $10k in upgrades, but still.

I thought long and hard about it, but opted for S.A. ultimately because it was cheaper. Still, I think about it from time to time. I don't have any regrets, but I think I would have liked that life, too.

oh right, yeah. I remember ours. heh. yeah, we had ... ... well ... um... ... er... that spot where the two carpets joined and rose up to trip everyone. yeah, that was fun exercise. hoo, remembering to lift your foot an extra half inch was tiring at the end of a long day.
