What do you mean, "certification"? Is passing a belay test at a gym "certification"?
That first page is a stopper. I don't have reading glasses strong enough to read the fine print. What are you going to use this for?

I'm sorry, but this survey is terrible. Where did the daisy chain come from*? And what does my voice have to do with my ability to belay?
*(I know, it's for anchoring. But that's not a given.)

yeah, quite possibly the worst survey ever. I still don't know why it's talking talking about weather or not you should wear your daisy chain as a thong, I mean, how else are we supposed to differentiate the noobs from the non-noobs.
