Grr. So last week I sold one of Brian's Mammut ski jackets on gear trade for a mere $95 (it's a $450 gore jacket he wore for a season - he got it at cost, but whatever). I've never had a problem with gear trade before, but I just got an email saying that the buyer says the zipper is broken and wants a full refund (which means I eat the $12 shipping). Well, considering I ZIPPED THE JACKET UP TO SEND IT I have to disagree with ya, but all I can do is accept the return. I'm curious if the guy got the jacket, it didn't fit him, and now he's all 'Oh, it's broken, it's a misrepresentation' since on GT it's final sale.

New tool. Much longer than my old but is a carbon shaft which is nice. The wrist. The wrist in full mid swing extension. The flick at the end of the swing. Tool in 'ice'. Way heavier and will require way more force so I went out and grabbed one of those exercise bands to work out my tricep and try to strengthen whatever there is to make stronger in my elbow, because this says tennis elbow all over it. Hope to get out to use it soon.

That's nice of you and all, but I wouldn't think you'd have any obligation to take the return. Plus if the zipper is broken (because he broke it) you're going to have a hard time selling it again. Can't you tell him to bugger off?

Can't you tell him to bugger off? I think I have to. GT contacted me (there's no direct contact btw seller and buyer) and they said we're sure you didn't mean to misrepresent it, honest mistake, we can either have him send it to you or you can see if he'd be willing to pay less for it? Basically I haven't gotten paid for it yet, the funds are still in escrow. I'm like, fuck, a new zipper is $20 he should just do that. In fact, that's what I'LL do if it is in fact broken, which it isn't, so send that sucker back. I think if he broke it intentionally I'll be able to see and then I'll raise hell with GT, maybe get some money off of some bindings.
