I started bouldering outside recently and for the first time , I experienced some pain in my wrirts. I was wondering if it's just something that your body will adapt to or in general, rock boulder mostly give wrist pain o.Ov
It's been 3 weeks end in a row that I go outside and have the same small issue ( it doesn't hurt like an injury but enough to wonder...) . But yesterday, I took my lead lesson with a really good boulder session and this morning im top shape ...
Any advice other than stretching anyone ?!
