The inside of the middle knuckle on my middle finger hurts but only when i touch it, i can bend it and pull on things but every time i touch it it feels bruised. Does this sound like a tendon issue or did i just slam my hand against a hold too hard or something?

I know it was a wise-ass answer, but really, think about it. You can climb and pull on it without pain, and it only hurts if you push on it. That means you will have no more pain if you stop pushing it. You apparently dont remember hitting something hard with your hand, but you would like someone to tell you whether or not that happened. How could anyone else know if you dont? If you give out such little information, you can't really expect a useful answwer.
