I spend the cold months in a Mexican town that sees quite a bit of tourism from other countries as well as locally. Unfortunately we are working on a Mexican budget and can't afford to pay an arm and a leg to have it designed. We are starting with a couple of free standing boulders 16-18 feet high and need help with design, looking for multifaceted surfaces with enough variation in angles to keep everyone interested and challenged. Steel frame support, we have craftsman skilled enough to make it work. We are starting with these boulders and expanding from there with the hope of hosting comps eventually. Is anyone on here experienced with design interested in helping share our love for the sport with people who have had only limited access to it?

Get ahold of Bud 'Arturo' Smith in San Miguel de Allende, he's been involved with gym design/build. I don't have his contact info off-hand, but you can get ahold of him via his wife at: http://www.edinasagertart.com/
