Yeah. We have to wait until camhat has the use of both feet, and dribble is dribbling Doctorate sauce all over. But it would be cool.
Had a good session last night, getting hangbored with the Coloradkid. ( He is heading to Spain for a month, lucky bastard! With another guy from the gym whose college has a "life experience" project every January. I went to the wrong college!)
Anyway, for the first time since i started, the hangbore routine clicked. I only subtracted weight on one hold (less than before), had 5 lb on all other holds, except one, on which I had 10 lb. Managed to do it all strictly on time, with 2 min rest in between,
Cammy, do you just keep adding weight every time, or do you only add them on the holds where you didn't fail at the end of the sets?
B/c there was only one hold on which I actually failed on the last set (slipped off at 5 sec, instead of holding for 6 at the last rep of the set), and the rest of them I FELT like I was going to fail towards the end, but somehow didn't.

I'm angry and bitter today.
