Pros:
VERY ACTIVE rock gym -- plenty of climbers at all times.
Impressive wall with diverse features.
Climbing gear for rent or sale in-gym
Hands down very best indoor bouldering in KC. Bouldering gets its own dedicated area and boulder-height walls at Ibex.

Cons:
No autobelays (But you probably won't ever need one)
20-40 minutes out of the city for most residents
Single, high-friction anchors

I'm not much of a gym climber, but I was in KC for work, so I checked out the Ibex. Staff was super friendly and facility is large and clean. I only bouldered while there. Bouldering is located upstairs, and is a large area with a good variety of problems. They use their own Ibex scale of rating boulder problems - basically a "1" is not a V1, but more like a 5.8. End result is there are a lot more easier problems than my local gym, but also plenty of challenging problems (for me!)
