Looking for someone to rescue a wing to a racing glider from the Pt Fermin cliffs in San Pedro. Its about 30' down the cliff but not safe to go without a safety rope. I will be happy to pay $75 to whoever can rescue it. pics soon. Thanks Brandon 310 872-0082

In reply to: Dec 16, 2012, 8:05 AM Post #1 of 1 (80 views) 80 People wish they lived within driving distance of San Pedro. You get any calls? I'd like to see how this plays out.

I'd do it for nothing if I were in the area. Once at the cliff top, it'd take about a half hour. Are there any local climbing organizations in your area that might have someone willing to head out there? Perhaps a climbing gym or climbing club? Asking there might be the way to go. But I wouldn't ask just anyone ... would probably seek out folks who have a fair amount of experience with such rope work. Bill L
