True story... One of my coworkers, a good friend actually, was complaining about all the "Freebies due to Obama", and I asked like what? She and another coworker (group think) said free healthcare for Hispanics... I asked where they got that info from?
The male said he knew for a fact that all Hispanics get free healthcare... I said, since you believe it is so prevelant, you should be able to easily show me this. He saide I need to prove he is wrong... Then said any Hispanic giving birth got free medical... I said that is different than every Hispanic getting free medical, as nobody is turned away from an emergency room, but that doesn't include followup, or pre care.
To better make my point, and knowing the answers ahead of time, I asked my female coworker, who paid for her child birth and the health care of her and her child... She replies, Medicaid... Then I asked who paid for the birth of her grand-daughter less than 2 decades later (yes same daughter is the mom) and the post care of both her daughter and her grand-child, she wasn't happy to say, Medicaid, as she knew where I was going. I confirmed that she wasn't Hispanic, even though I knew she wasn't.
Point... As said before in other threads... The Red States and Counties tend to use more Federal $$$ than they pay in, where the Blue States and counties tend to pay in more $$$ than they recieve, so on the larger scale, it is the Reds who are living off of the Blues, but believe somehting entirely different.
