I'd like to add a set of pinches to my climbing wall (mostly 15-25 degrees overhanging). Looking for larger/full hand pinch such as the SoIll Chunks. At $109 I'm not sure I like them that much. Anyone have a specific set that they like? The Teknik sets look great too but again, so expensive. Suggestions?

I've got a few 1/2" by 1/2"and some 1/4" by 1/4" wood pieces about 3" long I mount vertically on my wall. Real simple to make or buy.

I can't think of anything comparable that will be much cheaper.

The Teknik Fat Pinches are probably the best larger pinches I have used. They would be ideal on the angle wall you're talking about (IMO). They are also a good size (which accounts for their cost) and you should be able to match on them.
