Beginner Wrist Pain?

I've been climbing for almost 3 months now, and have got in about 15 days at the bouldering gym. For most of that time, i was going once every weekend up until recently, where i started going once every two days(i know, stupid, hindsight is 20/20). About 5 days ago, i developed this wrist pain on the ulnar side of my left wrist. It started to hurt a bit more after i climbed on it twice, but i've now decided i should take a break until it subsides a bit, as it has been consistently bugging me for the past couple days. I tried stretching and finding which motions really make the pain flare up, and found that overpronation, oversupernation and adduction of my wrist all cause it to flare up. Im wondering if there are any common climbing injuries that this may be, and maybe if anyone could guess that would be great. Thanks and happy new year!

Try braces upon the wrist it may reduce the pain due to stretching. Or else massage the area where you are getting flare up.
