Hello guys, well, It has been about a solid year since I have climbed, well anything! .... I saw my gear layin collecting dust the other day and asked myself "Why did you quit?? it was so much fun wasnt it?" well after debating this (with myself) I said fuggit, went to the local climbing gym here (about 30 minutes away) and signed up for a years membership, I am excited to get back into it! Hopefully I can balance it with Crossfit, which is what I kinda do now, and part time train....But I am going to make it work. Ok, enough rambling, I have alot of info Ive collected over the years and have been spending time here too, but am wondering if you guys have any solid advice? or know of some good (noob) links I might not have, When I was climbing, I was a pretty solid indoor 5.10 climber, and a solid 5.9 consistently outside, Started to lead toward the end with highest being 5.8....So i wasnt spectacular by any means. Thanks guys, excited to be back!

Don't push too hard too fast, that way lies injury. Otherwise, have fun.
