It's actually quite amazing that we can read so much sarcasm on here. To the uninitiated I'm sure it's almost unintelligible.

I only knew her from the gym. She was a super nice lady though. Had kids and a family. It was rough for them for sure.

I"m nearing 30 Back is slowly geting better. Down to 600 mg advil twice a day. not in pain any more, but soarness tightness is there. So its going to be a while still. In other knews, my knee, was tender going up a flight of stairs yesterday. Although that was gone later and today. Go get a massage. They do wonders for soreness and post injury pain relief. Well worth the money. Been thinking about that. The pain has moved on from strain pain to tightness. So thats a good sign. One of the things I keep hearing is the abs need to be strengthened. The Y has a couple machines for working the abs. Need to start hitting the Y for them and just everything in general. I think the machine for abs suck. Good ol' fashioned crunches seem ed to work best for me. Worked for what? Back in the day when I used to do that sort of thing, yeah, I found the machines to be mostly useless.

It only hurt a little that you did not respond to my self invite. I am strong on the inside. I can take it. *single tear* I dont invite non-facebook friends Stop violating my civil liberties!! I'd try to hack you and add myself to your friends, but I'll admit I can barely type, much less hack. That, and I'm not allowed to log into the stalk book until Feb 1. How not? Kartessa wrote: WTF is President's Day?
