I recently had surgery in my hand after I managed to sever an artery. Luckily I missed any tendons and can start climbing again in about 3 weeks once the stitches come out!
I thought that while I have this opportunity of not being able to do any upper body exercises, I'd be able to really train my legs (and work on running but im ok with that)
What are some leg workouts and exercises suited for rockclimbing?
