Well if you have the money, skill and dedication, the tallest cliff in Hawaii is in Maui. Its has about 600 feet of climbable surface. It has to be bolted though. You cannot climb it on gear.

Does that mean it's 600 feet tall, or 30' x 20'?

Does this mean it is awaiting its bolts? Or that it is bolted & you climb it sport?

600 foot cliff. Where is that at; Haleakala or on the north shore? I wouldn't mind investing some money into it if it's accessible. I found some awesome rock on the south shore I will be posting soon. It's the outcroppings of some lava tubes that are good climbing rock; not sharp and loose like most the rock here. It's a little bit of a hike or a short boat ride to get too.

As in someone needs to install bolts on it before itís climbable (safely). It currently does not have any routes on it.

Heading to Maui, and I am definitely interested in doing some climbing. Sport would be fantastic, I don't know what the trad scene is there but I don't want to pack cam's anyhow.
What sort of climbing can be expected?

There is no established climbing there period. However there is potential for sport routes if you want to bolt them.

I'm moving to Kihei on thursday (aug 27) and am hoping not to quit climbing when i get there. I'd be interested in route development if there is anyone who would like to show me the rock that they've found. Budget would be small, but i'll have a lot of free time.

Unfortunately bolting here requires some serious cash. This is a chloride environment we are climbing in and standard grade 304 expansion bolts are insufficient. Even grade 316 wont last here.
