So I gained six pounds[post-shit weigh-in] during the course of my thesis writing. Time to work it off and stop sucking at climbing...
I'm even going to get a monthly membership to the indoor climbing gym here.

I'm on day 4 of rest. My knee isn't getting better and I don't know if it's getting worse. Elevation helps for a bit. I was thinking of icing it, but it's not visibly swollen. Hurts like all hell, and Motrin only seems to help a little. It pops from time to time, but nothing is substantial enough to be non-weight bearing.
