That's going to be tough, often I'll wear different sizes of shoes between models within one brand.

I did find that I wore sportivas almost two sizes down from my street shoe though. (katanas)

My tightest shoes (Evolve Kaos) are size nines while my loosest shoes (LS Arco) are seven and a halfs...

Go figure.

Like said above its going the be tough to dial you in for that many brands.
I wear a
39.5 in Sportive Muiras and a 39 (both sizes feel the same size)
38 in the sportiva mythos
and a 40 in the sportiva TC Pros.
39 in 5.10 moccsyms

all of the La Sportiva fit my feet pretty much the same. none feel like its much tighter of looser than the others shoes. The 5.10 mocc are super tights and I have to peel them off just after a few minutes of use, they feel tighter than my size 38 Mythos.

So go try on some shoes and find what works for you

No. The shape of the last (which is what produces the shape of the shoe) has far more affect on fit than size. In fact, rock climbing shoe size is virtually meaningless. The only way to find out what fits your foot best is to try them on.

And don't screw your local shop by taking up their time to try on a bunch of shoes and then order them off the internet. Buy them from the shop that invested their time in fitting your foot.

In theory, Five Ten, Mad Rock, and Evolv shoes are sized based on what the maker think your street size should be, but none of those 3 makers are very consistent. La Sportiva tend to size them to the length of the sole when new (if you flatten a down turned shoe of same size, it should be reasonably close to the length of a flat shoe). But of course, the volume/shape/stretch and how you fit each model would change the size that's right for you. In general, they are 1.5-2 US sizes smaller than the other 3 brands.

Absolutely. Even with the SAME MODEL SHOE, SAME NOMINAL SIZE. Some time back I bought a second pair of 5.10's, same size, same model, without bothering to try them on. They were hugely bigger than my first pair. That's quality control.

I used to sit back and laugh at the people that ran into this problem as it seemed to only happen to 5.10 wearers. I laugh no longer as this has recently happened to me with two different Sportiva models, one of which I've bought in the same size 6 different times.
