I have had it the same...one day you'll have a climbing workout and the day after you'll feel nothing. The next week you'll have a similar workout and the next day your forarms have this strange lightly painful sensation in them. Thats just your muscles hurting like a after day at the gym. Nothing to worry about... breathe stone RoC

If its just sporadically then I wouldnt take it too seriously, but if it becomes more present I would get it checked out. It sounds like you might have a slight case of tendonitis.
