I've done multiple searches for finger stretches on this forum and can't seem to find any. Are there even such a thing as finger stretches? I've only been climbing about 3 weeks now but have noticed that my fingers are a bit tight. I'm sure this is just from climbing so much but I want to be on the safe side and do everything that I can to maximize the amount of time I have to climb. By the way, I've mostly been climbing in a gym, but have done a bit of bouldering on rock. Not sure if that even makes a difference for finger stretches but I guess just helpful info. By anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!
