Knee Dr in San Mateo County or San Fran??????

I think i may have a torn ACL and have just recently moved to san mateo county (foster city). anyone ever have some surgery knee or otherwise on here and have a recommendation for a Dr? I have no idea where to begin looking and we havent met anyone yet to ask.

I went to Dr. Jeffrey Halbrecht for patellar realignment surgery. This was probably a decade ago at this point. My legs aren't the same in terms of strength but I've probably not put in the pt time I could either. I've been able to climb pretty close to 100%. My better leg will get more sore on long alpine climbs so apparently I favor it.

Anyhoo, my impression is he's a pretty good surgeon - possible a top notch surgeon.
