Hello
Can someone please tell me how to get to Mussara without a car, how close can I get with the bus?
Is there any shops in Mussara where I can buy basic food items?

I only climbed there once, to take a break from Siurana, just around the bend. We drove and did not make it to Vilaplana, the small town nearby.
It would be difficult to get to the climbs without a car IMHO. You would get more climbing in and have better infrastructure in Siurana or Cornudella (town below Siurana).
