I just purchased two 5 packs of these for my first set of quick draws. I bought them for sport climbing. After the purchase I was reading about Mammut permanent draws that have caused ropes to sever after to much use. The flaw here being in the carabiner. Has anyone used these or any Mammut products? Are they safe to climb on?

Thanks in advance for any response.

Your draws are perfectly safe.
The warning is for ALL permanent draws regardless of manufacturer. They wear out, leaving a sharp edge that can cut the rope in a fall.
