In Spring 2015 we are heading to climb Ganchempo. A beautiful technical mountain in Langtang Valley, Nepal.
This is not a guided trip. We have a company in Kathmandu taking care of the logistics (lodging, transportation, porters, etc.) but in the actual climb we will be on our own.
So far we are three members in the expedition and we would like to have at least one more.
The mountain has been climb just by one route, the SW ridge. Has been attempted a few times by the W ridge unsuccessfully (as far as we know). We are planing to try a new route on the east side of the mountain.
BEST OF ALL the total cost of the trip is about $4500 including airfare and extras.
